Please complete this form if you are currently a Waterloo North Hydro customer and you are moving to a new location within our service territory. Once you have completed and submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation email.

Under Time-of-Use pricing, the price you pay for electricity depends on when you use it. Under Tiered pricing, you can use a certain amount of electricity each month at a lower price, and once that limit is exceeded, a higher price applies.

*Please note, although you have opted to switch your electricity billing rate plan, Tiered rates cannot come into effect until the start of your next billing period after November 1, 2020.
